DXF or Print File, Polaris RZR 900 / 1000 Turbo Windshield Frame w/ Vents (2014-2018)

Build your own RZR Windshield for a fraction of the cost.

Your choice of Digital DXF file or a 1:1 Printed copy to build a custom windshield for a 2014-2018 Polaris RZR 1000 Turbo. This frame is designed to be built from 1/8 inch thick aluminum sheet. The frame will fit on a piece of 41" wide x 27" high aluminum sheet. A 1/2" hole is programmed into the top center of the frame and this will accommodate any aftermarket power or hand powered wiper.

In order to complete this windshield you will also need:

1. 1/4" laminated safety glass (any local glass shop can do this)

2. 6' edge seal gasket (available at amazon: Trim-Lok Trim Seal with Side Bulb - PVC Plastic Trim with EPDM Rubber Bulb Seal - Fits 1/8" Edge, 3/8" Bulb Seal Diameter, 25' Length)

3. 12' Windshield glass gasket (available at amazon: TRIM-LOK - LK1663-25 Trim-Lok EPDM Dense Rubber Window Locking Gasket – Fits 1/4” Glass and 1/8” Panel Edge, 25’ Length – One-Piece Locking System (Inline), Weather Stripping Seal for Stationary Windows or Windshields

The DXF File Provided is for the frame only with vent holes. We do have a design available without vent holes programmed in.

This file can be uploaded into any cad program that accepts the DXF format. Once uploaded the DXF can be altered to make any changes needed or can uploaded direct to send cut send or another company for plasma or laser cutting.
